  • In a small bowl, mix about 2 tsp of scrub with water until it forms a paste. This can also be mixed with milk (for normal skin) or heavy cream or olive oil (for dry skin). 

    Apply to damp skin using a gentle, circular motion then rinse. 

    Also makes a great face mask!  Simply leave it on for 15 minutes, or until dry, then rinse
